What are your hours?
Our hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. We work the same hours as Title Companies, Lenders and Banks. We are closed on weekends and all US Holidays.
Do you draft contracts and negotiate for me?
Our Transaction Management Services do not include this. This type of relationship increases our workload and creates additional liability for us and your Brokerage. We are happy to discuss providing more services to you and your clients as a Co-agent with a commission split. A seperate co-agent agreement would need to be created delineating the additional services, the fee we would be paid and it would need to be signed by your Principal Broker as well as your client.
What do you charge?
The various services we provide and the fee for each are on our Services page.
When do I have to pay you?
Transaction Management – Our payment is deducted from your commission at closing and paid to us directly by the Title company.
All Other Services (ie: Listing Help, Graphic Design, Notary Services ) – Payment in full is due within 3 business days of the work being completed. We accept cash, credit, Venmo, Paypal or Zelle.

How do I start working with you?
We like to have an introductory phone call to get to know each other better. If we are both comfortable proceeding then you need to complete several forms for us to begin (all available under the agent upload and forms tab)
REQUIRED FOR ALL SERVICES – A signed Contract regarding our services and fees.
REQUIRED FOR TC SERVICES – Co-Brokerage agreement for services to commence. It must be signed by you, your client and your Principal Broker.
EVERY FILE
You will need to fill out the New File Form and upload various documents to us (can be done under Agent Upload/Forms Tab)
What experience do you have?
Melissa Wallace is the owner/operator of REPC Pro. She is an award winning Realtor who got her license in 2017 and became a Broker/Brokerage Owner in 2022 (Virtual Real Estate Helper). She has an extensive legal background due to prior employment and her work as a Special Education Advocate for the past 20+ years. She has her own solo Brokerage because she can and due to the freedom it gives her but she rarely sells home anymore. She enjoys helping others in the industry more and so she offers Agent Support Services and works as a Loan Signing Agent for Title Companies. Melissa gained the bulk of her experience working for a high volume online brokerage where she regularly had 20 Listings at a time and multiple homes under contract at once acting as both the Agent and TC. She knows the pressures that Agents face and understands the entire transaction process. Her services are designed to help leverage more time for Agents so they can do what they do best and have a better work life balance. Her past clients have consistently given reviews citing her excellent customer service, attention to detail, willingness to work hard and her extensive real estate knowledge.
