What are your hours?
Our hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. We work the same hours as Title Companies, Lenders and Banks. We are closed on weekends and all US Holidays.
Do you draft contracts and negotiate for me?
We are licensed in Utah but can only provide these types of services if a Co-Listing/Co-Brokerage Agreement is in place. The agreement must establish agency between us and your buyer and seller and be signed by all parties (brokers, you, the buyer or seller). This type of agreement is required under Utah Division of Real Estate rules.
Beware – Licensed TC’s that advertise and offer licensed services and the Agents or Brokers who use/pay them for these services without a Co-Listing/Co-Brokerage agreement in place are subject to disciplinary action against their licenses. You can read more about this on our Services page. Don’t risk your license or your Brokers by choosing the wrong TC company.
What do you charge?
The various services we provide and the fee for each are on our Services page.
When do I have to pay you?
Transaction Management – Utah Division of Real Estate rules do not allow TC’s (licensed or not) to be paid for their services only if a home sells. Due to this we require an upfront $75 non refundable file fee to get started. The remaining balance can be paid to use through Title at Settlement.
All Other Services (ie: Listing Help, Graphic Design, Notary Services ) – Payment in full is due within 5 days of the work being completed. We accept cash, credit, Venmo, Paypal or Zelle.
How do I start working with you?
We like to have an introductory phone call to get to know each other better. If we are both comfortable proceeding then we have you review and sign our contract and complete some paperwork regarding the systems you use etc. Once all is returned to us we can begin providing services.
What experience do you have?
Melissa Wallace is the owner/operator of REPC Pro. She is an award winning Realtor who got her license in 2017 and became a Broker/Brokerage Owner in 2022. She has her own solo Brokerage because she can and due to the freedom it gives her but she rarely sells home anymore. She enjoys helping others in the industry more and so she offers Agent Support Services and works as a Loan Signing Agent for Title Companies. Melissa gained the bulk of her experience working for a high volume online brokerage where she regularly had 20 Listings at a time and multiple homes under contract at once acting as both the Agent and TC. She knows the pressures that Agents face and understands the entire transaction process. Her services are designed to help leverage more time for Agents so they can do what they do best and have a better work life balance. Her past clients have consistently given reviews citing her excellent customer service, attention to detail, willingness to work hard and her extensive real estate knowledge.
